1. Terms of return or refund: Buyers will be eligible for a return or refund of the product received, if the product is damaged, defective, or not as ordered.
To return the product the buyer must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product and submit a return or refund request.
The product must be unused and undamaged when returning the product, and it must be returned in the original packaging.
If the product return conditions are met, the buyer will receive a refund or exchange the product.
2.Ineligible Products:
The following products may be ineligible for refund:
If the product is used or damaged.
If the product is customized or specially made at the time of order.
Products that are clearly marked as ‘non-returnable’ (eg underwear, health and safety products).
3.Refund Process:
To return the product, the buyer must fill out a return form or complete the return process in accordance with our instructions.
The buyer may bear the shipping cost for the return if the product is not damaged or defective. However, if the product is defective or shipped incorrectly, we will bear the shipping cost.

Upon receipt of a product return approved for refund, we will inspect the product and initiate the refund process within 7 business days of receiving the product.
Refunds will be made primarily to the same payment method through which the customer placed the order (eg bank transfer, mobile banking).
